Refunds and Return Policy
1. Application for the Return of an Item
Goods return only valid in 7 days of purchase starting from purchase date. Any goods apply to return of item after 7 days from purchasing date is invalid.
Buyer may only apply for the return of item in the following circumstances:
- The item has not been received by Buyer;
- The item was defective and/or damaged on delivery;
- Seller has delivered an Item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, product, etc.) to Buyer; or
- The Item delivered to Buyer is materially different from the description provided by Seller in the listing of the Item
2. Condition of Returning Item
To enjoy a hassle-free experience when returning the Item, Buyer should ensure that the Item, including any complimentary items such as accessories that come with the Item, must be returned to Seller in the condition received by Buyer on delivery. We will recommend Buyer to take a photo of the Item upon receipt.
The cost of delivery of return goods at buyer that intends to return goods received.
3. Cancellation order
Buyer will only subjected to the right to cancel an order prior to notice by seller the goods placed order is out of stock
4. Refunds
Edumoji do apply the principle that goods sold are not refundable that the goods are delivered to the buyer.
5. Communication Between Buyer and Seller
Edumoji encourage communicate with each other in the event where problem arises in transaction. Buyer should contact Seller directly for any issue relating to the Item purchased.
